Helping the Iberican Peninsula talent to grow up. That is one of the main aims of our label Tribo Recordings.
On this reference the main character is a young upcoming Portuguese talent: MINDSKAP.
The first track of this record is the fantastic remix Mindskap has done of Dj Chus’ fantastic African hymn ‘Blackrain’. A strong tribal beat and some synth melodies complete the amazing atmospheres created by the original track. 100% TRIBAL.
‘Twist ‘n’ Shout’ is a dark mysterious tribal track plenty of cosy atmospheres and effects. The track builds up slowly adding percussion and rhythm layers helped with numerous spatial fx’s a rhythmic synth and finally a strong bass. The melodic part of the track depends of a futuristic marimba sound.
Closing this great record, we can delight our senses with a non stop track. This time Joao goes for a classic tribal structure and melodies. Pure energy pure tribal landscapes with ‘Feeling You’.
