Free uses the energy of a driving tech loop and a distorted voice over 8-bit sound effects. Sal Basile’s career has been a multifaceted journey including a variety of aliases and a ton of re- mixes and original productions that have without a question been played through your ears from both television, radio, and most of all the late night dance scene. His tenacious attitude combined with his exceptional knowledge of music, production, and any type of crowd will and has enabled him to become a quiet storm that can out perform any ones expectations. Driving house music to dirty filthy tribal beats, to big room anthem vocals with a twist of a harder edged sounds that only keeps you begging for more are Sal’s signs of identity. A global attitude while working, there will be much to come from this native New Yorker. Starting out by playing in local bars and private parties, his experience with programming music and entertaining large crowds grew ex- ponentially each day. Through his outstanding music selection & incredible programming skills there has been no crowd left unpleased. In 1999 he started to release his first records under the name Plasmic Honey. For the past 5 years he has also teamed up with DJ Skribble releasing many projects both in the house music market as well as the underground Hip-Hop community.
