Here is ‘Libres para siempre’ the brand new House bomb from the big monsters DJ Chus and David Penn, featuring the legendary Cevin Fisher.
DJ Chus and David Penn are arguably Spain’s biggest and best known DJs. Both have been pioneers of the new Iberican sound, the home grown house sound of Spain. They have both received awards from the panish media and have high level residencies around the world. They have been working in their respective record labels Stereo Production and Urbana Recordings, but they have both worked together since 1994 and ver the years they have done many remixes and original productions, The most popular to date are ‘Burnin Paris’ ‘Esperanza’, ‘Baila’ and ‘Will I’, (They are planning to release new remixes of ‘Will I’ for the summer 2011). Here they have come together to show us their new collaboration work along with US top dj/producer Cevin Fisher called ‘Libre Para Siempre’ A truly freedom declaration tune.
The Latin influence reigns supreme in ‘Libres Para Siempre’ even with the spanish & english lyrics, unbeatable well driven by Cevin’s unmistakable voice, mixing classic vibes with contemporary flavours, this is a hedonistic indulgence of pure, beat-driven House.
The remix pack couldn’t be better, Abel Ramos their new partner in crime in The New Iberican League, that are now burning the studio & venues. Copyright, the UK-based duo of Gavin ‘Face’ Mills and Sam Holt. With over 25 years experience playing worldwide, They have carved a solid reputation as one of the most refreshing and innovative production/remix teams on the house scene, and to end th awesome upcoming dutch talents Robby Taylor & Benny Royal. Take Me To Space Winner Declared! Original Track Contest
Back over the summer, the Space crew and Stereo Productions, label home of DJ Chus,
issued a challenge to all talented DJs and producers… “make a track in honor of the ten
years of Space and the ten years in Stereo.” The winner would receive a grand prize of
$5000 and the track would be exclusive released at Beatport.com along with 2 runner ups.
The contest received a massive response and enthusiastic participation from all over the
world, It was a long and grueling process, but finally a winner has been declared. The
winning track will have it’s debut coincidentally enough with the debut of the all-newly
remodeled Club Space on Saturday, October 9th.
And the winner is… John Shelvin!
The Spanish young producer made the track that will be the Space Miami Anthem.
Second place is also for the Spanish producer David Herrero and the third place is for the
production between the americans Dinaire, Bissen & Finley Ft. David Berkeley with the
Anthony Ross remix.
Space Miami & Stereo are very proud to make this special contest in their 10 years
anniversaries and once again we want to thank & congratulate all the

There are few house labels that have stood the test of time long enough to be able to move into double figures. Rising costs, falling profits and greater competition in the industry ensure that only the very strongest survive. Last year Defected spent a year celebrating their 10th birthday, and now another revered label has reached that landmark.
